This leaf salad is made with vegetables delivered directly from farmers to the store, without going through the market.There are various cultivation methods, such as natural cultivation, organic cultivation without pesticides, and reduced pesticide cultivation, but we deliver vegetables to your table that we have procured from farmers who grow them with care.

All ground beef and pork used in hamburgers is domestically produced.

All of the ground beef in our hamburger steaks is domestically produced, and the pork is a brand of pork from Hokkaido called Yume no Daichi Pork.We work with our butcher to find the most delicious balance of ground meat.In order to provide hamburgers that children can safely eat, we lovingly prepare only that day's supply using fresh ground meat every morning.We will be serving everything from standard creations to unique creations and limited edition hamburgers.

The rice used is specially grown Hitomebore rice from Miyagi Prefecture.

The rice we use in our restaurant is Hitomebore, a variety produced in Miyagi Prefecture, and is grown under contract with the Mitadori Agricultural Cooperative in Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture.Moreover, this rice is specially grown using reduced amounts of pesticides.We also pay special attention to the storage environment of our rice so that you can enjoy delicious rice.The harvested rice is stored as brown rice in large, low-temperature, low-humidity warehouses in the production area, and is then milled according to orders and sent directly to each store.
